Growing up in multicultural Melbourne, Richard has always been passionate about the value immigration delivers to his hometown. Richard starting George Migration in 2013, determined to do things differently. He strives to make the visa application process as simple as possible for his clients. Since then, Richard has helped hundreds of businesses to grow through skilled visas and individuals and families to start their new life in Australia. Richard gets a buzz from every single visa approval and sometimes surprises his clients at work to deliver them the good news in person.
Sol Subizar
Senior Case Manager
Originally from Argentina, Sol is a native Spanish speaker who spent nearly four years in Italy, becoming fluent in Italian before making her way to Australia in 2022 to improve her English and explore new opportunities.
With over a decade of experience in customer service, Sol has dedicated her career to helping people settle in new countries. Her own migration journey has given her a deep understanding of the challenges involved, making her a compassionate guide for those navigating the migration process.
Now pursuing a career as a Migration Agent at UTS (University of Technology Sydney), Sol is passionate about supporting people in achieving their dreams in Australia.
Outside of work, she loves dancing and spending time with friends and family.
Florencia Del Duca
Senior Case Manager
Flor is originally from Argentina and a native Spanish speaker. She moved to Australia in 2020 and is currently navigating her own migration journey.
With a background in management, marketing, and student visas, Flor brings both expertise and a deep personal understanding of the migration process. Having walked this path firsthand, she genuinely relates to the experiences of migrants, making her work more than just a job—it’s something truly meaningful to her.
Passionate about guiding others through their migration journey, Flor is dedicated to providing compassionate and knowledgeable support to those seeking a new beginning in Australia.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, and being an auntie is her absolute favourite role!
Chish Stephen
Manager of Operations & First Impressions
Chish arrived in Australia back in the year 2006 as a Business Student and became a proud citizen of Australia in the year 2010.
Chish was employed in the UAE for 11 years and returned to Melbourne in the year 2022 to join the George Migration Team. Having been through the visa process herself with no help in the past, she simply couldn’t miss the chance of helping others realising their dream of moving to Australia. She understands what a tedious and time-consuming process it can be, and she is delighted to lend a supportive hand to our clients as well as the George Migration Team in their operational needs.
Apart from running her homebased creative handmade cards and gifts business (Creative Station by Chish), Chish’s passion is making others happy and smile.
Saquina Halbi
Case Manager
Saquina has been a Case Manager at George Migration since 2021, helping clients from diverse backgrounds navigate their migration journey. Having gone through the process herself, she understands the challenges firsthand and is proud to now call Australia home as a citizen.
With a background in law and political science, Saquina is passionate about continuous learning and stays up to date with migration law to better support her clients. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, and relaxing at the beach. Her favourite books include The Secret and The 48 Laws of Power.
Riya Chaudhari
Case Manager
Riya is a Case Manager at George Migration, combining her background in architecture and a Master’s in Project Management from RMIT to support clients with care and precision. Her attention to detail and organisational skills ensure a smooth and efficient migration process from start to finish.
Outside of work, Riya is a self-proclaimed movie critic and café enthusiast—mainly for the food photos!
Millie
Chief Morale Officer
Millie takes her job very seriously, attending client meetings and giving reassurance to clients when they visit. Millie’s favourite parts of her role include sitting on visitor’s feet during meetings, greeting guests with enthusiasm, protecting staff from couriers and of course, lunchtime.
